In-Store is the scan in your space: results, recommendations from your own menu or shelf, and the dashboard. Complete connects in-store and online into one customer journey, with one profile per customer and automated follow-ups. For spas and clinics, Complete also includes FASE Booking.
Complete for skincare stores costs US$449 a month per store (Rp 1.790.000 in Indonesia), plus 10% of the online sales that come through the FASE skin check on your website. A sale through the skin check is an online order placed within 7 days of a FASE skin check on your website that includes at least one recommended product.
