FASE Booking is online booking software for spas, med spas and skin clinics. Each client scans their face with their phone, gets the right treatment from your own menu and books it in your calendar. Clients who scan but don’t book become leads, and automatic follow-ups bring them back to book.

There are two contracts. System costs $199 per location per month, or $1,990 per year (2 months free), and includes the booking page, reminders, follow-up flows and 1,500 SMS a month. Partner has no monthly fee: FASE earns 20% of the value of the extra bookings only, with a guarantee. FASE Complete customers get FASE Booking System included.

FASE sets everything up and works with you to grow your bookings. We take your average monthly completed bookings over the last 12 months, adjusted for your seasonality. FASE earns 20% of the value of completed bookings that come through a FASE scan, counted only above that average. A booking counts if it is made within 30 days of a scan or 7 days of a FASE message click. The fee is capped at $100 per booking.

FASE refunds every Partner fee for that year. The guarantee is at least 10% more bookings within your first 12 months than your 12-month average before going live. You see the numbers every month, in a statement with scans, leads, bookings by source, your baseline and the fee.

They become leads on your leads board, with their scan and the recommended treatment. Then an automatic sequence starts: their skin report and a booking link after 1 hour, a reminder after 24 hours, an offer you choose on day 3 and a last call on day 7, then a monthly check-in. The sequence stops as soon as they book.

Every message is short, personal and about the client’s own skin result, not a generic promotion. You choose the timing, the wording and whether to offer a discount at all. Clients can opt out at any time, and the sequence stops the moment they book, so nobody gets a “come back” message after booking.

No. The scan and the booking page open in the phone’s browser from your link, website popup, Instagram bio or QR code. Clients take a selfie, see their result and book. They only leave a first name and a phone number or email, so you can send their results and their booking confirmation.

No. It is a cosmetic AI skin check from a selfie, taken in normal light. It points out visible concerns such as dryness, uneven tone or visible pores and matches them to a treatment on your menu. It does not diagnose skin conditions and does not replace a consultation with your therapist or doctor.

A selfie shows what the eye can see in normal light, such as texture, redness, tone and pores. It cannot see below the surface the way professional multi-light imaging can, so treat it as a smart starting point: it opens the conversation and suggests the right treatment, and your team confirms it at the visit. For in-depth imaging in the spa, there is the FASE Scanner.

You get one booking link and a website popup. Put the link in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp or text replies and your Google Business Profile as the booking link, and print the QR code for reception. The popup goes on your website with a small snippet; the FASE team helps you add it during setup.

At launch, yes, in one of three ways. FASE books directly into Mindbody (incl. Booker), Zenoti, Square Appointments, PatientNow and Acuity Scheduling. It syncs bookings with Vagaro, Boulevard, Aesthetic Record and Mangomint. It works with your booking link on GlossGenius, Fresha and Moxie. Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook / 365 sync both ways, and Apple iCloud Calendar gets a calendar feed. FASE Booking is launching soon. Connections are set up by the FASE team during onboarding. Availability can depend on your plan with that provider.

Every booked client gets a confirmation straight away, a reminder 24 hours before and another 2 hours before, by text and email. The confirmation includes a link to reschedule, so clients move their slot instead of simply not showing up. After the visit, FASE asks for a review and later invites them to rebook.

Yes. You set up your services, your staff and their working hours, and clients only see times that are actually free. If a treatment needs a specific room or piece of equipment, FASE checks that too. Each location has its own calendar and is priced per location.

Yes, for booking, treatment recommendations and follow-ups. FASE Booking is not an electronic medical record or charting system, so keep your EMR for clinical notes and consent forms. FASE books directly into PatientNow, syncs bookings with Aesthetic Record and works with your Moxie booking link, depending on your plan with that provider.

Clients agree before they scan and before they receive any follow-up messages, and every message includes a way to opt out. The scan result, the recommended treatment and the booking are saved to the client’s record in your FASE account, so your team sees what the client saw. The scan is a cosmetic skin check, not a medical record.
